Here’s what happens when a blacksmith and a teamster/farmer get together. Shoes get made and applied, horses work the land, garlic grows grandly, and appreciation abounds.

Jim and Mahina love to share their passions with others. Jim with his farrier visits and blacksmith arts, and Mahina with her wagon/sleigh rides, driving/riding lessons, and the glories of the garlic harvest.

Bedhead Homestead is home to numerous working Fjord horses, dogs, cats, chickens and much nature. A true sanctuary for the soul where dreams come true for residents and visitors alike.
